Maintenance:
The Card Clothing tuned out by our company
can not leave the factory unless being strict examined to up to standard,
it must be well arranged in ventilated, dry rooms and certain distance
from the ground, the relative humidity is less than 45%, the temperture
in room is at 0-35°C, keep away from heat source, avoild direct
rays of strong sun, the period of quality is 18 months.
Notice:
1. Open gently the packed Card clothing, check if it is rusting or
being broken down for use.
2. The Card Clothing must be wrapped around the bobbin smoothly under
the tensile stress, the new Card clothing ought to be brushed in advance
before working.
3. Check the new Card clothing elongating or not, if it is, adjust
it in time for preventing from being broken down. After a week, the
elongation will be reduced.
